Who provides this site

This site is published by Flowora Media Ltd, registered in Ireland under company number 712049 at 77 Sir John Rogerson's Quay, Dublin 2, D02 VK60, Ireland. Using it means accepting these terms.

What this site is for

It describes a business-to-business messaging service sold to licensed operators. It is not directed at the public, it does not offer any consumer product, and nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance. A commercial relationship begins with a signed service agreement, not with a form on this site.

Figures on this site

Coverage counts, delivery percentages, clearance times and latency figures are rolling medians drawn from production traffic. They vary by route, network, message class and the quality of the sending list. Case studies describe real patterns of work with client identities withheld by agreement. None of these figures is a warranty, and none of them is a prediction about your traffic.

Acceptable use of the site

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to access any part of the site or the console you have not been given access to
  • Probe, scan or test the security of the site other than under a written agreement with us
  • Scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for others
  • Reproduce substantial parts of the content commercially without written permission
  • Represent yourself as connected to Flowora when you are not

The sign-in page is for account holders. Console credentials are issued by an account manager; there is no self-service registration and no public sign up.

Intellectual property

The text, layout, marks and imagery on this site belong to Flowora Media Ltd or its licensors. You may read, print and quote from it with attribution. You may not republish it as your own or use our name and mark in a way that implies a relationship that does not exist.

Links out

Where we link to a regulator, a standards body or a network operator, we are pointing at a source, not endorsing it and not taking responsibility for what it says. Those sites have their own terms.

Availability and liability

The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free, and we may change or withdraw any part of it. To the extent the law allows, we exclude liability for loss arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Liability under an account is dealt with in the service agreement, which contains its own caps and exclusions.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from this website.
