Nordics
6 weeks
A group that had been told Sweden would take a quarter
What was happening
A group with four brands had been trying to open Sweden for five months. Every sender registration came back refused with a generic reason, and the supplier they were using passed the refusal on without reading it.
Where it ended
All four brands were approved within six weeks of the refiling. Denmark and Norway followed on the same document pack with no further refusals.
What we changed
- 01Read all twelve refusals and found eleven were the same fault: the filing named the trading style, not the entity on the licence
- 02Rebuilt the document pack from the licence register rather than from the group's internal brand sheet
- 03Refiled all four brands together so the networks saw one consistent group rather than four unrelated applicants
- 04Held the first week of traffic to a single brand while the delivery pattern settled
